<P>Internet Mail and News Help is optimized for use with frames turned on. Internet Explorer users can turn on frames by doing
the following:
<OL TYPE="1" START="1">
<LI>On the Edit menu, choose <B>Options</B>.
<LI>Click the Web Content tab.
<LI>Make sure that the Show Frames check box is selected.
<LI>Click OK.
<LI>On the View menu, choose <B>Refresh</B>.
